AT 20:00 ON MON 17 NOV If it’s a Monday, that means we’ll be in the Kingsgate Room in the DSU from 8pm. It will be preceded by an Exec Meeting at 7pm in the LGBT room, and succeeded by a trip to everyone’s [new] favourite LGBT night in Durham, Osbourne’s.
If you have any ideas for future socials, activities, events, do come along to the Exec meeting at 7:00.

Welfare drop-in will be held on Monday (17 November) between 11am and 12:30pm in the LGBTa office in the Student Union building. Please call or text Jo on 07852541299 if you can’t find it. Free safe sex supplies will also be available.

Hello, all! Our next social is Monday, November 10th in the now well-lit Kingsgate at 8.00 p.m. Kingsgate is located in the DSU, behind and to the left of the main. We will be drifting toward Osbourne’s after 9.00 p.m.
There will be an exec meeting at 7.00 p.m. in the LGBT Room (downstairs, immediately to the right down a corridor at the foot of the first flight of stairs, through a door and left), which is open to anyone and everyone interested in the behind-the-scenes actions of the LGBTA.

TRANSGENDER DAY OF REMEMBRANCE
AT 19:30 ON WED 20 NOV
Transgender Day of Remembrance is this Wednesday (20th), and we will be holding a short remembrance service in Hild Bede chapel at 7:30pm, to memorialise victims of transphobic violence in the past year. All are welcome to attend, and whilst it is in Hild Bede chapel it is not a religious event.
If anyone has anything they would like to say, or a specific individual they would like to remember they are welcome to do so.
QUEEN’S CAMPUS SOCIAL!
AT 19:30 ON MON 11 NOV
This Monday both our exec meeting and social will be taking place at Queen’s Campus. The exec meeting will start at 7.30pm and the social will start at 8pm in the John Snow college bar. Students travelling down from Durham (and we do encourage you to come along it’s always a really nice, relaxed evening) we will be meeting at the bus stop opposite Elvet Riverside at 7.10pm in order to catch the 19:15 bus (though if you want to come along later that’s fine too!) Remember to bring your campus card so the bus is FREE.
